TRENTON — The Trenton City Council will hold a meeting Monday evening. Some items listed on the agenda include an ordinance fixing the rate of the levy upon all real estate and personal property in Trenton, approval and agreement between the city and a company for lime sludge removal at Trenton’s water treatment facility and contract approval for tree trimming around electric lines for the city. The council will also discuss an application regarding the Missouri Housing Development Commission funding for senior housing at Trenton Senior Villas, a portable restrooms agreement and review and approve a preliminary engineering report for the water treatment plant. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. Monday, August 23, at Trenton City Hall and is available via livestream.
