We love assisting you with all your title insurance needs, so we’ve created a Loan Policy Calculator and an Owner’s Policy Calculator. This calculation is dependent on whether the property is a purchase or a refinance, as well as the filed rates with the State of Missouri.

The rate calculators help sellers, buyers, lenders and real estate agents plan for their title insurance costs in order to make the closing process as efficient as possible.

Secure Online Earnest Money Deposits

Monarch Title Company uses Paymints for secure wire transfers for earnest money deposits. We have provided homeowners with instructions on how to use our system to connect to their bank for a secure wire transfer.

Remote Online Notarizations

Since September 2021, Monarch Title Company has been offering Remote Online Notarization (RON). As shown in studies (LINK TO BLOG), RON has proven to save lenders both time and money. Through Remote Online Notarization, Monarch Title has  proven the value of this technology by completing closings out of the country that would have otherwise been delayed.

We use Black Knight and Doc Verify software to conduct our virtual closings. Learn more about the RON process.
