CENTRALIA, MO – Monarch Title Company is opening its 5th office this month in Centralia, MO in the Remington Shopping Center. “We are elated to have seen enough growth over the last few years to expand our reach in the Mid-Missouri market,” CEO Chuck Bowman says of the expansion.

Monarch Title Company was founded in 2001 in Columbia, MO, where its headquarters remains today. Monarch opened their satellite office in Boonville in 2006, their Jefferson City office in 2014 and most recently, the Marceline office opened in 2020.  Although they haven’t expanded their offices in the last two years, Monarch expanded their service offerings to include Remote Online Notarization in 2021.

The new office, located at 1234 Remington Drive, will be managed by Stephanie Barton, who has been an escrow closer with Monarch Title Company since September 2020.

The grand opening and ribbon cutting will be on Friday, May 20th. Area real estate professionals are invited to join Monarch Title Company for light refreshments before the 11am ribbon cutting ceremony.
